Veterans Day Deals and Donations

C-stores show their gratitude for veterans and active-duty members.

November 10, 2023

This Saturday, November 11, is Veterans Day. A multitude of c-stores are offering veterans and active-duty military members special deals in addition to donating to causes that support veterans and their families.

On Veterans Day, Circle K is gifting veterans and active-duty military personnel a free coffee nationwide to thank them for their service. The thank-you cup of hot or iced coffee can be redeemed through the Circle K app.

GetGo offers active-duty service members and veterans a free small coffee every day of the year—not just on Veterans Day.

November 10-12, the Pilot Company is offering military service members and their families a free meal credit valued up to $12 at over 750 participating Pilot, Flying J and One9 Fuel Network travel centers nationwide. The credit can be redeemed on hot and cold deli items, popular snacks, fountain drinks, Pilot coffee and meals at participating on-site restaurants.

Additionally, the Pilot Company is inviting guests to round up and raise funds for the Call of Duty Endowment, a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting veterans in transitioning to successful civilian careers after their military service.

In honor of Veterans Day, Rutter’s Children’s Charities donated $100,000 to Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors, a nonprofit dedicated to providing emergency financial assistance to veterans and their families to help pay for housing, utilities, transportation, medical and other expenses as they come home.

The Wawa Foundation donated over $1 million, raised through in-store coin and scan campaigns, to USO at Wawa’s annual Operation Taste of Home. At the event, Wawa associates, the USO and Pennsylvania National Guard members assembled more than 10,000 care packages for service members.

On Saturday, Wawa will offer free any size hot coffee to veterans, active military service members and their families, all day, with no military ID required.

Royal Farms will also be giving veterans one free any size coffee, hot or iced, at all its locations on Veterans Day.

TravelCenters of America is hosting its annual round-up campaign through the month of November, supporting the Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF), a nonprofit focused on successfully transitioning veterans into their next career.

TA is also inviting active-duty military, veterans and reservists to enjoy a complimentary meal at participating quick-service or full-service restaurants on Veterans Day with proof of service.

Maverik will offer complimentary coffee to veterans and active-duty military all day at all Maverik stores across 12 western states. Veterans and military personnel with a valid military ID are invited to enjoy up to a large coffee featuring Maverik’s bean-to-cup roasts.

From now until November 28, Casey’s is inviting customers to round up their in-store purchases to benefit two organizations that provide assistance and support to military veterans and their families: Hope For The Warriors and Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation.

The c-store is also offering any size complimentary coffee or fountain drink to all veterans on Veterans Day. Casey’s is extending the same offer year-round to active-duty military personnel and on-duty, uniformed first responders—including law enforcement, firefighters and EMS.
