7-Eleven Serves Up a Deal for National Pizza Day

Also, Rutter’s has introduced a limited-time meal deal for sports fans.

ALEXANDRIA, Va.—7-Eleven and Stripes are offering a pizza deal for National Pizza Day on February 9. 7Rewards loyalty members can purchase a whole cheese or pepperoni pizza for $7, and the deal is also available for delivery through the 7NOW app.

Both pies are covered with 7-Eleven’s signature sauce made from vine-ripened California tomatoes, 100% real Mozzarella cheese and thick-cut pepperoni.

7-Eleven recently announced a new Slurpee flavor: Vitaminwater Zero Sugar LOOK Slurpee, which is a blend of blueberry and hibiscus flavors. The sugar-free drink is available now at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes stores for a limited time only.

Meanwhile, Rutter’s is offering a new limited-time meal deal for Rutter’s Rewards members. The “Big Game Bundle” includes 12 mozzarella sticks, 12 chicken wings, 10 chicken strips, a two-liter of soda and a 14-ounce bag of Martin’s chips for $29.99.

“We wanted to provide our customers with a way to serve our award-winning food to all their friends and family,” said Chad White, Rutter’s foodservice category manager. “Whether you’re watching a football game, basketball game or golf tournament, Rutter's Big Game Bundle is the perfect food option for any event.”

The Big Game Bundle is available now through April 14.

Last week, Rutter’s announced it’s opening 50 new stores across Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. This expansion marks the first time the York, Pennsylvania-based c-store will enter the states of Delaware and Virginia. The company is also investing $150 million in capital expenditures this year to remodel stores and add alcohol sales and video gaming terminals at some locations.

In November, Rutter’s announced an increase to its starting wage, with pay beginning at $17.50 per hour. This was the company’s second increase of the year and seventh in three years.
