ALEXANDRIA, Va.—One of the best things about Thanksgiving dinner is the leftovers, particularly when they are piled high on a tasty loaf to create the perfect sandwich. Now two convenience chains are serving up their own versions of that post-Turkey Day treat, according to NJ.com.

QuickChek with 153 stores in New Jersey and New York is bringing back its Thanksgiving Everyday Sandwich, which was first introduced in 2005. Available on a six-inch sub roll or as a wrap, it features no-antibiotic turkey topped with stuffing, cranberry relish and mayo.

QuickChek also is helping feed area hungry families by donating 25 cents for every sub or wrap sold to the Check-Out Hunger fundraising campaign to benefit people in need.

Wawa stores are offering Gobbler Hoagie turkey sandwiches in several versions. The original Gobbler comes with hot turkey, gravy, stuffing and cranberry sauce on a hoagie loaf. The Gobbler Hoagie is also available with either mashed potatoes or mashed sweet potatoes, plus garlic aioli. If you prefer to skip the roll, simply order a Gobbler Bowl of hot turkey with all the fixings.
