Lonnie McQuirter Named 2026-27 NACS Chairman

NACS announces new retailer and supplier board leadership changes during the 2026 NACS Show.

Lonnie McQuirter, director of operations for 36 Lyn Refuel Station, has been named the 2026-27 NACS chairman. He began his term following the NACS Board of Directors meeting on October 6 during the 2026 NACS Show in Las Vegas.

As director of operations, McQuirter leads 36 Lyn Refuel Station, an independently owned convenience store in South Minneapolis, Minnesota. Known for its commitment to local engagement and promoting locally made goods, 36 Lyn embodies McQuirter’s passion for building strong ties with the community. The store’s dedication to innovation has earned it three Inc. 5000 honors and a place in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal Fast 50. 

As NACS chairman, McQuirter also leads the NACS Executive Committee, which provides strategic direction and financial oversight to the association. Executive Committee members are:

  • Vice Chairman & Treasurer, and Vice Chairman, Legislative: Varish Goyal, CEO, Loop Neighborhood Markets (Atherton, California)
  • Vice Chairman, Retail Engagement: Chris Bambury, President, Bambury Inc. (Sonoma, California)
  • Vice Chairman, At Large: Tom Brennan, Chief Merchandising Officer, Casey’s General Stores Inc. (Ankeny, Iowa)
  • Vice Chairman, Research and Technology: Charles McIlvaine, Board Member, Maverik Inc. (Salt Lake City, Utah)
  • Vice Chairman, At Large: Natalie Morhous, CEO, RaceTrac Inc. (Atlanta, Georgia)
  • Vice Chairman, At Large: Travis Sheetz, President & CEO, Sheetz Inc. (Altoona, Pennsylvania)
  • Vice Chairman, At Large: Brian Donaldson, CEO, Maxol Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland)

Also serving on the Executive Committee are 2025-26 NACS Chairman Annie Gauthier, CFO/Co-CEO of St. Romain Oil Company LLC (dba Y-Not Stop), based in Mansura, Louisiana, and 2022-23 NACS Chairman Don Rhoads, president & CEO of The Convenience Group LLC, based in Vancouver, Washington. 

In addition, Christian Stein, managing member of Center Independent Oil Stores LLC (Clinton, Pennsylvania), was elected to the NACS Board of Directors. A member-driven organization, NACS is led by a 30-member Board of Directors, which includes three retailers from non-North American countries.

New Supplier Board Leadership

On October 6, the NACS Supplier Board also named new leadership and members. Kevin LeMoyne, senior vice president, customer leadership at The Coca-Cola Company, was named the 2026-27 Chairman of the NACS Supplier Board, and Mike Gilroy, VP, trade development and sponsorship, Mars Snacking, was named Chair-elect. Both will also serve as supplier representatives on the NACS Board of Directors.

New Supplier Board Vice Chairmen are:

  • Danielle Holloway, Senior Director, Industry Engagement, Altria Group Distribution Co.
  • Kevin Kraft, Vice President, Emerging Channels, Olipop
  • Matt Domingo, Senior Director, External Relations, Reynolds

In addition, four new members were elected to serve on the NACS Supplier Board:

  • Jeffry Harrison, Co-founder and President, Rovertown (St. Louis, Missouri)
  • Diane Striegel, Director of Sales, Lifeway Foods Inc. (Boonton, New Jersey)
  • Erik Ogren, CEO, Patron Points Inc. (Woodbury, Minnesota)
  • Brad Haga, Senior Vice President, Prepared Food & Dispensed Beverages, Casey’s General Stores Inc. (Ankeny, Iowa)
