CrossAmerica Partners LP reported results for the quarter ended June 30 on Wednesday.
Net income in the second quarter was $20.8 million, compared to $25.2 million in the same quarter last year, the earnings release said.
The report said adjusted EBITDA in the quarter was $51.8 million, compared to $37.1 million in the period last year, and distributable cash flow was $33.6 million in the second quarter of 2026, compared to $22.4 million for the second quarter of 2025.
“The Partnership continued its strong start to the year, building on our very strong first quarter with another quarter of significant growth in adjusted EBITDA and distributable cash flow,” said CEO and President of CrossAmerica Maura Topper in the release. “I'm proud of how our team continued to execute with discipline through a volatile operating environment. One key area of success was our merchandise business with continued growth in merchandise margin percentage reflecting the strength of our convenience store operations and programs.”
The release said the company’s retail segment had a 13% increase in gross profit year-over-year primarily because of increases in motor fuel, merchandise and other revenue gross profit.
Same store merchandise sales, excluding cigarettes, were up 1% for the quarter compared to the same quarter in 2025. Merchandise gross profit percentage was 29.5%, up from 28.2% in the quarter last year.
In April, Mako Networks announced CrossAmerica Partners was joining its “All-In” program, bringing the company’s locations onto Mako’s next-generation, cloud-managed retail connectivity platform.
