Kwik Trip recently opened a new store in the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, according to a LinkedIn post from the city.
“This new 9,126-square-foot, next-generation Kwik Trip brings expanded foodservice, wider aisles, more room to shop, 10 double-sided fuel pumps, diesel fuel and an attached car wash to Ramsey. It’s a great addition to the continued growth and development along Bunker Lake Boulevard,” the LinkedIn post said.
Kwik Trip staff and leadership were joined by members of the Ramsey City Council, city staff, Economic Development Authority, MetroNorth Chamber of Commerce and Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce for the grand opening.
As part of the celebration, Kwik Trip donated $1,000 each to the Ramsey Fire Department and Ramsey Police Department.
At Refuel Convenience Stores, the retailer recently reopened a store in Eudora, Arkansas.
“Earlier this year, a historic ice storm caused significant damage to the store, including the roof, and forced us to close our doors for a while. Our team saw it as a chance to rebuild stronger and show up even better for the Eudora community we love. [Earlier this month], we celebrated that reopening with the community that has supported us for years. The full convenience store is back up and running,” Refuel posted on LinkedIn.
Also at Refuel, the retailer opened a new store in Columbus, Georgia, on Buena Vista Road, according to another LinkedIn post.
Meanwhile in New York state, Stewart’s has opened its newest shop at 342 North Mohawk St. in Cohoes.
“The 4,000-square-foot shop overlooking Cohoes Falls and the eastern edge of the Mohawk River represents a $3.5 million investment in the community. The Cohoes Falls shop features a double turbo pizza oven, fresh sandwiches, groceries, beverages, a beer cave and Stewart’s coffee, as well as award-winning milk and ice cream,” the retailer said.
Stewart’s will host a grand opening event on Friday, August 28 to celebrate the opening of the new shop. The grand opening will feature specials on diesel, kerosene, all grades of gasoline, pizza slices, sub sandwiches, hot dogs, coffee, Stewart’s sodas and Refreshers and single-scoop ice cream cones.
In conjunction with the grand opening event, Stewart’s will donate $1,500 to support Building on Love, a nonprofit that supports families whose loved ones are contending with a recent life-altering medical diagnosis.
