Ghost Energy recently launched its new Ghost Energy x 7UP Lemon Lime limited-time drink. Created in partnership with Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), the release marks the brand’s first licensed flavor with KDP and delivers the iconic lemon-lime taste of 7UP in a refreshing, energy- and focus-fueling format, the company said.
Ghost said the new flavor features a completely original formula developed in collaboration with 7UP. The launch also includes a metallic can design inspired by classic soda packaging, reinforcing the nostalgic connection while delivering a modern, shelf-ready look.
In late 2024, KDP announced its acquisition of Ghost Lifestyle LLC and Ghost Beverages LLC, initially purchasing a 60% stake, with plans to acquire the remaining 40% in 2028.
Meanwhile, FLRT (from the Monster Beverage Company) recently announced its official launch as a new energy drink brand.
FLRT features ingredients and botanical extracts such as green tea, guayusa and ginseng, along with 200 mg of caffeine per 12-ounce can. The brand is rolling out nationwide with four fruity flavors: Strawberry Fling, Guava Lava, Berry Tempting and Sunset Squeeze.
“With today’s culture shapers in mind, FLRT will commence a series of immersive brand moments designed for those who follow their curiosity, make fearless first moves and turn everyday moments into something memorable. From unexpected pop-ups to high-energy cultural events, the brand plans to show up where music, fashion, art, pop culture and collegiate life collide,” the company said.

On the alcohol front, Pabst Blue Ribbon has teamed up with Grillo’s Pickles to launch a limited-edition PBR x Grillo’s Pickle Beer beginning May 4.
“Clocking in at 4.7% ABV, this collaboration delivers a bright, tangy profile that balances the maltiness of PBR’s classic lager with the crisp, dill-forward punch that tastes unmistakably Grillo’s. It’s an easy-drinking, sessionable and refreshing brew for summer occasions,” the brands said.
