SAN ANTONIO, Texas – When a sudden craving for nachos strikes but the pantry is bare, San Antonio residents can now get almost-immediate gratification, thanks to the new goPuff delivery service in their city, the San Antonio Culture Map reports.

Philadelphia-based goPuff announced that it expanded its service area to most San Antonio ZIP codes last week. While the basic business format is much like that of Postmates, Instacart and H-E-B-owned Favor, goPuff pulls ordered items from a warehouse stocking more than 2,500 convenience store products.

The service operates from noon until 4:30 a.m., serving customers when most stores are closed, and customers pay a flat $1.95 delivery fee no matter the time of day or weather.

“GoPuff’s mission is to create more time in the day for our customer by consistently redefining the very meaning of convenience to provide a high-quality experience at an exceptional value,” said Rafael Ilishayev, goPuff co-founder. “We’re thrilled to bring that experience to San Antonio.”
