FavTrip has three locations in Missouri: Kansas City, Grandview and Independence. The retailer gained a strong social following when it began “calling out” shoplifters on its YouTube channel.

“We're not afraid to download security footage and make fun of somebody,” said CEO Babir Sultan. “We started putting up video with no content, just background music. And then one of our videos hit 4 million views,” he explained.

The Grandview store, featured in this Ideas 2 Go video, has a social media wall, which is popular with students at a nearby high school, and a drive-thru where customers can order anything from inside the store.
