ExtraMile Convenience Stores LLC (ExtraMile), a joint venture between Chevron U.S.A. Inc. and Jacksons Food Stores, is partnering with Moore Oil Co., Chevron’s largest branded fuel marketer in Alabama, for store conversions in the state, according to a press release.

ExtraMile said that Moore Oil has committed to converting more than 20 of its current Chevron Food Mart locations in the greater Birmingham, Alabama, area to ExtraMile-branded stores.

Conversion activities are expected to begin in early 2026, with the full project completion anticipated in 2027, according to the company.

“The announcement underpins ExtraMile’s strategic expansion in the U.S. Southeast and continues its proud legacy of delivering top-notch service to customers, a tradition Moore Oil has upheld since 1917. This franchised relationship also highlights the commitment of both companies to providing a consistent, modern and customer-focused c-store experience that aligns well with the Chevron and Texaco fuel brands,” ExtraMile said.

“ExtraMile is excited to expand our brand in Alabama—and even more so with a trusted franchisee like Moore Oil that has been delivering for customers for more than 100 years,” said ExtraMile General Manager of Sales Brad Wolford. “We look forward to continuing to provide an enhanced store environment, improved product offerings and high-quality service.”
