Chester’s Chicken introduced bone-in wings on September 10, the company said in a press release sent to NACS. The wings are “lightly breaded” and available unsauced or sauced in a variety of flavors, including Buffalo and the company’s Stingin’ Honey Garlic. Available at participating locations across 1,200 franchised and licensed restaurants in the U.S., customers can order wings in quantities of six, 10 or 20.

“Bone-in wings are the perfect complement to our menu and a natural next step for our restaurants,” said William Culpepper, vice president of marketing. “While we know that guests love our staples and signature menu items, we’re always looking for ways to evolve and continue elevating the timeless flavor Chester’s has been known for over the last 70 years. Serving wings has been a long-time coming, and we’re eager to deliver the same quality and flavor that our fans expect.”

Last year, Chester’s Chicken launched its new Kentucky Bourbon Bites. Kentucky Bourbon Bites are made with “Chester's marinated breast chunks, which were introduced in 2023. … The chicken is sauced and tossed in Cattlemen’s Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce, which blends the smooth flavors of oaky bourbon, sweet molasses and warm, signature spices for the perfect Southern flavor in every bite,” the company said.
