Conexxus is inducting Bill Wade of PDI Technologies into the Conexxus Technology Hall of Fame at the 2026 Conexxus Annual Conference. “This honor is in recognition of his decades of service, innovation and leadership in advancing technology standards for the convenience and fuel retailing industry,” Conexxus said.
Wade joined PDI in 1989, beginning a distinguished career spanning more than three decades. Over the years, he has held numerous roles within PDI, including Integration Services Manager, PDI/RMS Product Development Manager and Vice President of Customer Service. In 2006, Wade returned to development to lead point-of-sale integration initiatives for PDI/Enterprise and currently serves in product management for the PDI POS platform.
Beyond his professional contributions at PDI, Wade has been an influential leader within Conexxus, dedicating countless hours to collaborative industry progress, work that helped shape the foundation of how retailers and suppliers connect and transact today. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the POS/Back Office Technical Committee and is an active participant in several other technical committees. Throughout his tenure, Wade has also previously held key leadership positions within Conexxus, including Chair of the Technical Advisory Committee and multiple terms as a member of the Board of Advisors.

The Conexxus Technology Hall of Fame honors individuals whose career achievements and dedication have significantly advanced technology and innovation in convenience retailing.
Conexxus will celebrate Bill Wade’s induction into the 2026 Conexxus Technology Hall of Fame on Monday, January 26, 2026, at the Conexxus Annual Conference in Arlington, Texas.
