To have safe stores, it must be embedded in the culture. Join NACS for the “Creating a Culture of Safety” webinar on Wednesday, February 19 at 2 p.m. EST to learn about how you can create a culture of safety by fostering an environment where employee well-being, customer safety and operational security are prioritized.
The commitment to safe stores extends beyond complying with regulations to embedding safety as a core value across all levels of the organization. Retailers and suppliers will discuss exactly how they instill this culture of safety and tactics that you can use to create a stronger culture of safety within your organization.
Speakers for this webinar include Jeremy Zenlea, vice president of health and safety at EG America; Robert Forsyth, president of Moto, Inc.; and Jeff Kahler, CEO of Ready Training Online.
This webinar is the third in a quarterly series hosted by NACS on all things crime and safety. Register for the Creating a Culture of Safety webinar.
Crime and safety issues are impacting not just financial performance, but also the safety of store staff and customers. Over the course of last year, NACS convened an industry working group of asset protection, safety and loss prevention experts to navigate how retailers can support and protect their people and their stores. NACS presented lessons and tips at the inaugural NACS Loss Prevention and Safety Symposium in December 2024.
Three of the key areas of focus highlighted during the symposium included training and education; data and measurement; and advocacy.
