ALEXANDRIA, Va.—Some Circle K locations are giving drivers 30 cents off each gallon of gas today, March 9, between 3 and 7 p.m.

“The Fuel Day event will take place at participating locations in San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Austin, Corpus Christi, Harlingen, and McAllen. The company clarified that the deal is not available in West Texas and Panhandle locations,” My San Antonio reports.

The site adds that Circle K offered drivers a similar deal last month, and again last year, with a statement that Circle K is offering the deal to "keep Texas customers moving towards their savings goals this year." 

“We know how much our customers enjoyed our last Fuel Day in February. Being in the business of keeping our customers happy and offering value every day, we wanted to host another one, with an even bigger discount,” said Francis LaPointe, vice president of Texas Circle K.

Circle K, which is part of Alimentation Couche-Tard, was founded in El Paso, Texas, and much of its early growth occurred in New Mexico and Arizona.
