Giant Oil has acquired all the convenience retail assets of American Natural Retail PA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cleopatra Resources. The transaction included 11 company-operated convenience stores, with an additional two company-operated retail locations that are scheduled to close in 2024.

Additionally, Louisiana-based Fast Stop acquired Snappy Mart Stores from W&N Enterprises, reported Silver City Daily Press. The c-stores and gas stations officially changed hands on December 15.

Fast Stop will continue to use the Snappy Mart brand in the acquired stores, the report stated. The stores are Fast Stops first locations in New Mexico.

Both W&N Enterprises and Fast Stop stated that more information about the transaction and future plans would be forthcoming.
