Love’s Travel Stops announced that three new locations recently opened, with a fourth scheduled to open in the coming days. Combined, the stores add 377 truck parking spaces and 312 jobs to the communities.

The three locations now open are in Michigan City, Indiana; Nicholson, Mississippi; and Watertown, New York, and the truck stop set to open next is in Salinas, California.

“Opening four locations in a single week is an accomplishment to be proud of, and our team members are ready to serve customers with clean places and friendly faces in Salinas, Michigan City, Nicholson and Watertown,” said Shane Wharton, Love’s president. “Each location will provide professional drivers and four-wheel customers with amenities that will get them back on the road quickly.”

Each travel center is at least 11,000 square feet and is open 24/7.

Amenities include diesel bays, RV hookups, showers, laundry facilities, a CAT scale, Speedco (Love’s truck maintenance partnership), bean-to-cup coffee, brand-name snacks and a mobile to-go zone. Split across the four locations, there will also be Arby’s, Godfather’s Pizza, Taco John’s, Bojangle’s and McDonald’s.

In honor of the grand openings, Love’s will donate $2,000 to the following nonprofits:

  • Salinas, California: Salinas Police Department
  • Michigan City, Indiana: The donation will be split between the Michigan City Police Department and the Michigan City Fire Department
  • Nicholson, Mississippi: Nicholson Elementary School
  • Watertown, New York: General Brown Central School

In October, Love’s announced that it purchased TVS Pro-Driver, a motor club and commercial driver’s license (CDL) protection subscription service.
