August 11, 2023

Word on the street, or these days, the internet, is that Massachusetts-based Dunkin’ is planning to release a new collection of spiked iced teas and coffees. The impending arrival of Dunkin’ Spiked has created some internet buzz.

“I was elated to find memes of Dunkin’ Spiked coffee surfacing on my Twitter feed,” reported Sara Chernikoff in USA Today.

VinePair first reported that Dunkin’ Spiked was added to the list of label approvals on the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) database. Dunkin’ received label approval in May, but the launch date has yet to be announced.

The Dunkin' Spiked website shows four varieties of both the Dunkin' Spiked Iced Tea and the Dunkin' Spiked Iced Coffee available in cans.

The spiked iced tea flavors are Dunkin’s Slightly Sweet Iced Tea, Half & Half Iced Tea, Strawberry Dragonfruit Iced Tea Refresher, and Mango Pineapple Iced Tea Refresher.

The hard coffee flavor options are Original Iced Coffee, Caramel Iced Coffee, Mocha Iced Coffee, and Vanilla Iced Coffee.

The spiked coffees will be slightly boozier than the teas at 6% ABV versus 5% ABV for the iced teas.

“Dunkin' is brewing up something special (and spiked) for adult iced coffee and iced tea lovers,” a spokesperson told Food & Wine. “While we can’t confirm any new additions to Dunkin's lineup of ready-to-drink products at this time, stay tuned for more news soon!”
