OKLAHOMA CITY—Love’s Travel Stops announced the opening of two travel stops in North Canton, Ohio, and Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

“We’re excited to offer the services and amenities Love’s is known for at our 21st location in Ohio and 14th location in New Mexico,” said Greg Love, co-CEO of Love’s. “Our team members are ready to help get professional truck drivers and four-wheel customers back on the road quickly and safely.”

The locations are open 24/7 and offer many amenities, including 150 truck parking spaces, six RV spaces and hookups, CAT scale, showers and laundry facilities, bean-to-cup gourmet coffee, Fresh Kitchen concept, Mobile to Go Zone and a dog park.

In honor of the grand openings, Love’s will donate $2,000 to Ohio Troopers Caring and $2,000 to a nonprofit in Santa Teresa to be decided later.

In January, Love’s said it plans to open more than 40 locations and add more than 3,000 truck parking spaces and 3,000 jobs in 2022.

In 2021, the company opened 38 new locations, added over 3,000 truck parking spaces and donated several million dollars to support its core customer—professional truck drivers, sick and homeless children, veterans and more.

“This year, we will continue to improve the amenities and services our customers have come to love and expect when they stop at our locations; new features will also be added that we think will wow them,” said Shane Wharton, president of Love’s. “Our customers and team members made last year a great one, and we expect the same for this year, as we continue to get customers back on the road quickly and safely.”
