HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. & WORCESTER, Mass.—Parker’s announced it has recently opened its newest Parker’s Kitchen location on Hilton Head Island, S.C., according to a news release. The latest Parker’s Kitchen is the company’s 71st retail store and is the second store on Hilton Head Island, S.C., and the 30th store in South Carolina.

The newest Parker’s Kitchen on Hilton Head Island is strategically located at Sea Turtle Marketplace on Hilton Head Island’s north end. The location offers breakfast, lunch and dinner from the company’s award-winning, made-from-scratch kitchen. The c-store also offers grab-and-go options as well as a hot bar with signature items such as Southern fried chicken tenders and mac ‘n’ cheese. Additional highlights include the Spicy Chicken Tender Sandwich, fresh-made salads, chicken salad sandwiches, gourmet coffee, freshly brewed sweet tea, lemonade, 28-degree beer, fountain drinks with Chewy Ice, fuel and a wide range of convenience items.

“We’re thrilled to expand our presence on Hilton Head Island, S.C., to meet the demand for Parker’s Kitchen food, fuel and other essential items,” said Parker’s founder and CEO Greg Parker. “Our new location at Sea Turtle Marketplace may be the most attractive store we’ve ever built over the past 46 years. We created a striking architectural design that marries Lowcountry vernacular architecture with Hilton Head-specific materials to create something the entire community can be very proud of supporting.”

Parker’s is currently featured on the 2021 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. It was also voted the “Best Convenience Market/Gas Station” for 2021 by readers of Connect Savannah, a news, arts and entertainment publication in Savannah, and the company has been honored by Food and Wine as one of America’s Best Convenience Stores. It was recently voted one of America’s top 10 gas station brands by USA TODAY readers, and it has earned a 2020 Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award, which is presented to the top 10% of restaurants across the United States.

Meanwhile, Nouria Energy has acquired Mulligan’s, a local one-stop-shop convenience store in Manchester, Maine, according to a news release.

In addition to all-day breakfast, sandwiches, pizza and lobster rolls, Mulligan’s offers daily and seasonal specials to enhance the made-to-order menu and call ahead ordering is available. The site is also a State of Maine Agency Liquor Store selling beer, wine and spirits, a convenience store stocked with all commuter and neighbors’ needs, plus a Mobil branded top tier fuel station.

“We are excited to welcome the Mulligans Team” stated Tony El-Nemr, founder and chief executive officer. “This store has done a great job with not only becoming a best loved breakfast and lunch stop but also caring about their guest and team members, which is why they will fit in so perfectly with the Nouria Family. We have officially opened our doors and look forward to welcoming the community.”
