7E CO Holdings Acquires 19-Store Portfolio

The convenience stores and gas stations will continue to operate under the Chisholm Corner brand.

DENVER—7E CO Holdings LLC, a division of Monfort Companies, has acquired 19 gas and convenience store locations across southwest Oklahoma. All locations will be operated by 7E Holdings LLC under the Chisholm Corner brand name.

The Chisholm Corner portfolio is the company's most recent transaction in a series of national gas and convenience store acquisitions. The firm's retail portfolio includes 78 locations across Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Oklahoma and Wisconsin with brand names including 7-Eleven, Speedway, Jack's and Monfort Express.

7E Holdings has been investing in and operating gas stations and convenience stores since 2016.
