ALEXANDRIA, Va.—NACS has a created a memo for its members on the recently announced Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirement that employers with 100 or more employees mandate that all of their employees be fully vaccinated no later than January 4, 2022, or implement a policy allowing for weekly testing.

The memo summarizes OSHA’s emergency temporary standard and includes information on religious exemptions, employer verification, employee testing requirement, among several other aspects of the requirement.
