WAWA, Pa.—Wawa may be headquartered in Pennsylvania, but it’s just as popular in New Jersey where it has more than 260 stores. This year, the chain will boost its Garden State footprint by nine new locations, reports NJ.com.
Those new stores will be in Brick (two locations), Bridgeton, Deptford, Eatontown, Edison, North Brunswick, Pennsauken and Robbinsville.
Wawa has not yet announced opening dates for any of the stores; however, the Edison, North Brunswick and Brick (Route 70) locations are expected to open this summer. Famous for its coffee and hoagies, Wawa has more than 850 outlets in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
