ALEXANDRIA, Va.—After careful consideration, Conexxus has made the difficult decision to move the 2021 Annual Conference scheduled to take place in April 2021 at Loews Coronado Bay, Coronado, California, to a virtual event.
“As has been for the previous months, the health, safety and well-being of our members, conference participants and staff comes first, and we believe it is still in the best interest of everyone to modify the spring conference and do our part to help our attendees and Conexxus remain healthy. We also understand that many of the travel advisories and restrictions placed on our members earlier in 2020 will remain throughout the spring of 2021,” Conexxus said in a communication to members on Friday.
The Conexxus Annual Conference is eagerly awaited by industry participants as the ONLY technology conference dedicated to the convenience and fuel retailing sector, focusing on new technologies and technology standards to improve business processes, reduce costs and increase profitability. It affords an excellent opportunity to meet with industry experts, hear about industry trends and cutting-edge new technologies and how they affect convenience and fuel retailing businesses.
Conexxus is 100% committed to continue to provide the industry with exciting opportunities in 2021:
- Hold the week of April 26 for expanded committee meetings and networking opportunities. Details and registration links will follow in February.
- New and expanded year-round educational opportunities will be announced later this month.
- A face-to-face event in August of 2021 will incorporate networking, education and strategic planning. Conexxus is working on details now and will share them as they become finalized.
