ALEXANDRIA, Va.—Retailers are interested in the convenience industry’s technology priorities, how they’ve evolved during the pandemic and how stores are using technology to overcome current challenges. In response, NACS is bringing together the industry’s tech leaders with an invitiation to participate in the NACS Convenience Retail Technology Survey.
By taking the survey, retailers can share their expertise on the current technology landscape. Feedback will help NACS evaluate technology implementation, understand priorities and identify the top technology challenges for convenience retailers now and in the future. NACS will share the findings in a white paper published later this year.
All convenience retail technology leaders are invited to participate in the survey, available here. Participants who respond by Friday, April 23 will receive a complimentary summary of the research.
The survey has two parts and will take about 20-25 minutes to complete. Participation will help provide perspective on the following:
· How can convenience retailers make a case to adjust technology investments?
· Are the barriers to technology adoption the industry faces unique to individual companies?
· Do company technology roadmaps solve the right challenges?
· Are companies prioritizing the technologies that will have the most impact on their business?
A strong grasp of the technology adoption landscape is important for all competitive retailers. Add your voice to the discussion today.
