Australian Retailer Deploys Task Manager

EG Group employs solutions to make communications and task execution easier.

SYNDEY, Australia—EG Group has tapped Relfexis to provide consistent store-level task management with intelligence-based alerts, Chain Store Age reports. Reflexis offers a real-time task manager and q-walk solutions to make communicating easier and to improve task execution.

EG Group will deploy the solutions at 540 of its Australian stores to assist more than 1,200 staff. “We are looking forward to further expanding our Reflexis services and products, gaining benefit from their effective scheduling solutions,” said Mohsin Issa, founder and co-CEO at EG Group.

Relfexis’s real-time task manager will provide more visibility and allow staff to streamline tasks through intelligence-based alerts. The q-walk will also deliver quicker and more accurate compliance to strengthen health and safety rules as well as audits across units.
