NACS Compensation Survey Now Open

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Data collection has begun for the NACS State of the Industry Compensation Survey. Published each spring, the resulting report provides up-to-date information on key human resources categories in the industry.

We invite you to be a part of the industry’s most comprehensive compensation report. In exchange for your data, as a survey participant, you will receive the full comprehensive report (a $349 value) with the newest industry data, analysis and insights when it's published. Your participation increases the quality and value of the report for your company and the industry. NACS is collecting industry data now and we would love your support.

The NACS State of the Industry Compensation Report, considered an essential guide for HR professionals, provides convenience and fuel retailers with fresh insights into their company’s benefits. While maintaining your company's anonymity, you'll have access to the newest data offered by c-store retailers nationwide, dissected by firm size, U.S. region and location type (rural, urban), to help you:

  • Tailor your programs and set new workforce investment priorities for the fiscal year
  • Better understand underlying drivers of your company's performance
  • Compare your workforce investments against industry averages in key HR categories of compensation, turnover and benefits by position and exemption status.
