Free Webinar Will Cover Chargeback Basics

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Conexxus, the non-profit technology organization dedicated to the convenience store and fuels market, will present a free webinar, “Chargebacks 101: The basics” on Thursday, Dec. 13, at 12 pm ET.
The webinar will be presented by Caleb Burke, manager of payment card operations at CITGO Petroleum, and will conduct a high-level overview of the chargeback process. It will cover the most common reasons for chargebacks and how to respond to them. In addition, the discussion will take a broad look at changes to the chargeback environment and the recent rule change on signatures.
