Medical/Dental/Vision: NACS offers 2 comprehensive health plans (HMO & POS) that include medical, dental and vision. There is a $0 deductible for both plans. NACS covers 90% of the monthly HMO premium and 80% of the monthly POS premium. Coverage is available the first day of the following month of employment. Coverage is available for employee and all dependents.
Disability and Life Insurance: NACS pays 100% of the cost for Short Term/Long Term Disability, Basic Life (2x Annual Salary) and A.D.D. Insurance (2x Annual Salary) for all full-time employees.
Other: Flexible Spending Accounts and Aflac enrollments available through payroll deductions.
Defined Contribution: After one full year of employment, NACS will make a direct contribution of 6% of an employee’s salary.
Company Match: Immediate upon hire, NACS will match contributions on the first 6% of deferral at $0.50 per dollar deferred, or a maximum of 3% of compensation.
