ATLANTA—Chick-fil-A announced it’s launching a delivery kitchen concept called Little Blue Menu this fall with an Atlanta location to follow in 2022, according to a news release, and more than just chicken will be on the menu.

The delivery kitchen will include three virtual restaurants, Flock & Farm, Garden Day and Outfox Wings, and is based off of Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy’s original blue menu at the Hapeville Dwarf House, where the Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich was created. Menu options include thick-cut pork belly BLT, garden-fresh salad and bone-in wings.

“The flavor profiles are fantastic,” says L.J. Yankosky, senior director of the beyond the restaurant team at Chick-fil-A. “The culinary team that developed the virtual restaurants is world-class, and the ingenuity they harnessed for each menu does not disappoint.”

Delivery from the Nashville Little Blue Menu will include an approximate 10-minute radius, and drivers will use hybrid vehicles to deliver bundled meals.

Chick-fil-A says Little Blue Kitchen is the latest concept Chick-fil-A is prototyping as a potential addition to its portfolio, which includes delivery-focused restaurants.

“Delivery is here to stay,” said John Moore, one of the three Chick-fil-A franchised operators who will oversee the Little Blue Menu delivery kitchen in Nashville. “Now more than ever, customers want a variety of options delivered quickly, right to their doorstep.”
