RaceTrac will celebrate the grand opening of its 600th store today, November 20, in Garden City, Georgia. The retailer is marking the occasion with a community event featuring gift card giveaways, samples from popular brands and a donation to Savannah Feed the Hungry.

“RaceTrac’s 600th store marks a pivotal milestone in our growth and expansion strategy, and we're especially proud to celebrate this opening in our home state of Georgia.” said Natalie Morhous, CEO of RaceTrac. “Garden City’s proximity to the Port of Savannah, thriving logistics industry and vibrant local neighborhoods make it the ideal spot for RaceTrac to serve professional drivers, commuters and residents alike—providing whatever gets them going.”

Meanwhile, Love’s Travel Stops has reopened in Stroud, Oklahoma, following a complete raze and rebuild of the location. The company said the newly reconstructed travel stop includes an expanded food service lineup, with Godfather’s Pizza, McDonald’s and Love’s Fresh Kitchen, which offers fresh cut fruit, salads, sandwiches, wraps and more prepared on-site daily.

In addition to upgraded food amenities, the renovation equips the location with larger restrooms, a dog park, 10 showers, laundry facilities, a total of 159 truck parking spaces, five dedicated RV spaces, four RV hookups and seven diesel bays. The rebuilt location will also feature the first Love’s Truck Care location on an Oklahoma turnpike, which will open in early 2026.

In Maryland, Royal Farms is continuing its expansion with a new location in Rosedale, set to open on December 4.

“Opening a new store in Rosedale is a proud moment that reinforces our long-standing commitment to the Baltimore area,” said Stephanie Pitt, district leader of Royal Farms. “This beautiful new store represents a significant investment in the community, bringing new jobs and providing reliable, 24/7 access to high-quality fresh food and fuel. We are excited to become the newest Royal Farms home in Rosedale.”

The Briad Group received a $200 million commitment from Peachtree Group to support the development and acquisition of new convenience store and fuel retail sites across the Northeast, according to a press release sent to NACS.

With the financing, Briad will be able to launch two to four new locations annually over the next several years, each approximately 7,000 square feet and designed as multi-branded concepts featuring Circle K and QSRs such as Wendy’s, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s and Buffalo Wild Wings Go.

The Briad Group said the financing builds upon the group’s previously announced multi-brand development agreement with Circle K, which launched last November.
