Circle K Europe has teamed up with Quorso to deploy its Intelligent Management Platform across 12 European countries in 11 different languages, according to a press release sent to NACS.
Quorso said its Intelligent Management Platform “eliminates the complexity and overwhelm of too much data, too many tasks and too many systems. By combining advanced technology with human-centric workflows, it consolidates siloed solutions—like tasks, surveys, performance analytics and exception reporting—into a comprehensive, action-focused and enhanced platform that drives store performance at every level.”
“Quorso’s store-first approach, utilizing data to support personalized actions, has received overwhelming support from our store and sales market managers. We’ve initially started on improving sales and cutting waste in our stores but are really excited by the flexibility to target every aspect of operations. Quorso will enable our ‘Fast, Friendly, and Customer Ready’ strategy by allowing our store teams to spend more time with customers and on the sales floor, knowing they are focusing on actions that will drive the most value,” said Finn Legaard Kopart, head of operations excellence Europe at Circle K.
“We are thrilled to be collaborating with Circle K to bring simpler, more effective operations to their teams,” said Julian Mills, CEO of Quorso. “Our partnership with Circle K has broadened our ability to work on an international scale and localize the Quorso platform for users across many countries.”
In February, EG America announced its own partnership with Quorso. The companies will deploy Quorso’s technology throughout EG America’s more than 1,500 retail and fuel locations.
“Quorso is a significant enhancement from legacy reporting and traditional task management systems,” said Elizabeth Pierce, COO, EG America. “The platform enables us to take a more personalized, data-driven approach to operational improvements in every store. It also drastically reduces the overwhelming amount of data that our store teams have to process.”
