K.C. Kingsbury Joins NACS as Director of Retail Engagement East

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — K.C. Kingsbury joined NACS as its director of retail engagement east.
In this position, Kingsbury is responsible for engaging new and existing member companies in the eastern part of the United States and complements the work of April Vanapeldorn, who serves as the NACS director of retail engagement west. The positions were created to focus on territories that best capture the unique characteristics of NACS membership by region and are part of the broader NACS retail engagement team.
Kingsbury has more than two decades of industry experience and was most recently director of business optimization for the retail division of Delek U.S. He also served in leadership roles at MAPCO Express Inc., Alon Brands and Circle K Stores Inc. Kingsbury also has been active in industry associations and served on the Board of Directors of the Petroleum and Convenience Marketers of Alabama.
Kingsbury earned a B.A. in sociology, with a specialization in business and administration, from UCLA and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
