Executive with local and international experience leading CPG businesses for 21 years in Procter & Gamble multinational company in Argentina and Chile. Then joined YPF 7 years ago with the objective of building Full Convenience store franchise across the country. She led a multi-functional team to design the franchise strategy, brand positioning and go-to market plan, growing from 340 stores to more than 1000 and consolidating as the #1coffee seller in the country. Currently leads the largest gas station chain in Argentina with 1680 stations, leadership market position with 56% market share and generating more than 1.2 million consumer contacts a day.

Maite celebrated 30 years of marriage this year and has, together with Marcos, 3 kids who work and study in Argentina. She loves skiing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Henry Armour is the president and CEO of NACS. He grew up working in his family’s retail businesses, Armour Oil Company, rising to the position of vice president and COO in 1977. In 1980, he joined The Standard Oil Company of Ohio, where he served as manager of development strategies. He later founded West Star Corporation, which grew to include 59 NOW! convenience stores, truck stops and quick-service restaurants in the Pacific Northwest until he sold the company in 2004. In 1988, Armour founded Epoch Corporation, which operated retail enterprises in California.

He became president and CEO of NACS in July 2005, having also served as the association’s chairman in 2002 and 2003. Armour earned a BA in economics from Stanford University, an MSc in economics from the London School of Economics, and an MBA and PhD in economics from Stanford University.

Vincent is French, he graduated from Neoma Business school BBA (CESEM) and Middlesex University in the UK in Business Administration​.

Vincent has over 20 years experience working in big and small data to support FMCG industry players build strategies for growth. He has been based in the UK, France, Vietnam, and Dubai leading European and global. ​

Vincent did manage the Assortment Practice Area in Europe working with retailers and manufacturers, using data and econometric techniques to select the most appropriate assortment in store to generate Growth for the category. ​

Before joining the regional team in Dubai, Vincent lead the Retailer services team in France working closely with retailers on developing traffic in store, generating more revenue and profit through activating the right levers at store level. A big part of the job was dedicated to monetizing the retailer data to generate growth. ​

Vincent is back in France since August 2024 managing both Tech & Durables and FMCG retailer services teams and he is also the managing director of a3 Distrib a NIQ subsidiary.

Dr. Wolfgang Fengler is the Co-Founder and CEO of World Data Lab. At TEDx Vienna in November 2014, Wolfgang launched his first data machine population.io, which was endorsed by Bill Gates. Aftershock (2020) featured him as one of the world’s 100 leading futurists and the German weekly DER SPIEGEL called him a “big data virtuoso”. His work has been covered by the FT, ECONOMIST, BBC, CNN and CNBC. Wolfgang spent more than 23 years in leading positions with the World Bank during which he lived in the USA, Asia, Africa, and Europe. Previously, he was the CEO of Africa Consulting, LLC, and a Fellow at the Research Institute for International Relations. He received his PhD from the University of Hamburg (Germany).

Brian is a Managing Director and currently leads Accenture’s Global and North America Fuels & Convenience Retail practice. He has spent the last 19 years working with 20+ fuels and convenience retailers around the world. Brian is passionate in helping to drive innovation throughout the business and ultimately setting clients up to capitalize on future trends. His experience stretches across customer experience, mobility, AI / GenAI, analytics, loyalty, retail site systems, payments, M&A, and large-scale complex deployments – spanning all channels of trade including Company Owned & Operated, Branded Wholesalers, Dealer, and Franchisee models.

Brian holds a degree from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, Bloomington and is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP).

Brian is married to his wife of 15 years, Emily, with two children, Abby (13) and Connor (9) – with his lovely dog Randall. He enjoys playing golf, racquetball, and basketball!

Hans-Olav Høidahl was appointed Executive Vice-President, Operations Europe in May 2019. He joined Couche-Tard in June 2012 when it acquired Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA, and has held the position of Executive Vice-President, Scandinavia since October 2010. He was formerly Vice President for Energy Europe in the Statoil Group since 2006.

Hans-Olav joined Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA in 1992 and has held a variety of positions including director for customer service in Norway, manager for regional sales in Scandinavia, sales director for Norway, country manager for energy in Norway and Vice President for energy operations.

In his spare time, Hans-Olav spends time in the Norwegian mountains hiking and cross country- and randonée skiing (alpine touring) during winter.

Héloïse is a principal in Oliver Wyman’s Energy and Natural Resources Practice in Paris, where she supports clients in getting ready for a sustainable future, leading projects focused on electric vehicle charging, biofuels, and electrification space.

In this capacity, she helps clients in the Energy and Industrials space in developing and implementing their strategies. She also works closely with Private Equity players in identifying and assessing targets in the Energy and Infrastructure space. Having worked on both sides of the Atlantic, she likes to bring a dual perspective to the problems she tackles.

Her interest in energy and sustainability started early, with her first university project focusing on the energy losses of flywheels. Since then, she has gradually built an expertise in the broad Energy and Industrials space, working for utilities, chemicals manufacturers, and industrials over the past 7 years. 

Ananda Roy engages executive leaders at the world’s largest Consumer Brands & Retailers on strategic drivers of growth in the Consumer Goods category. With a strong commercial mindset, his mission is to leverage Circana’s extensive data and analytics capabilities and a team of subject matter experts to accelerate client growth. His focus is marketing strategy development & execution, the application of analytics on strategic drivers of growth, optimisation and effectiveness.

Roy is passionate about building high performance teams, mentoring leaders and fostering a culture of empowered, evidence-based thought leadership in the CPG category. He has been an executive sponsor of Circana’s DEI BRGs from its inception.

Before joining the company in 2021, Roy has held various strategy development & commercial leadership positions in FTSE-25 CPG firms, in Management Consulting and Research, and in his early career at two global advertising networks.

Roy has a Masters in Business Administration (Warwick) and executive qualifications in Leadership, Innovation and Advanced Analytics from the Harvard Business School, London Business School and Cambridge University. He is based in the United Kingdom.

James has more than 13 years’ experience within the insurance industry working across the Nordics countries. Being a project- and risk manager and later specialized cyber and Tech E&O underwriter by background, he has extensive knowledge and understanding of IT risk management, as well as hands-on technical experience with assessment of cyber- and professional indemnity exposure.

James has delivered tailor made Cyber- and Tech E&O insurance solutions to some of the largest Nordics entities in a wide range of industries, including banking, manufacturing, telecom, pharma, retail, and IT & professional services. His background working on large IT transition projects and a strong technical understanding of IT security and cyber exposures has allowed James to guide clients in the procurement and optimizing of complex cyber insurance solutions. After 13 years in the industry James has also built a strong network within the cyber field across the Nordic markets as well as UK.

In his current role, Mark Wohltmann is responsible for the strategic development of NACS Global, the exclusive, worldwide network, supporting its members’ businesses and their careers within the convenience- and fuel-retailing industry.

Mark has more than 20 years of experience in research & consulting, with a focus on FMCG/CPG and Retail. Prior to joining NACS in late 2016 Mark worked in Strategic Product Development with the Nielsen Company in Europe, developing solutions for clients from the Convenience Retail, HoReCa, eCommerce and Tobacco industry. Prior to this Mark worked with the start-up USP Market Intelligence, setting up Germany's largest convenience retail panel, as well as with Combera (Advantage Smollan), developing Marketing- and sales strategies for FMCG companies, entering the convenience retail sector.

Mark started his career in the advertising industry, focusing on trade marketing and sales advertising in impulse retail channels, working with Dorland in Berlin and with Grey and BBDO in Duesseldorf after studying business administration at the University of Siegen and being trained in advertising consulting.
