NACS Answers Your OSHA Vaccine Rule Questions
We decipher the details of the emergency temporary standard in a Friday webinar.
Nov 08, 2021
ALEXANDRIA, Va.—Last week, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued a requirement that employers with 100 or more employees mandate that all of their employees be fully vaccinated no later than January 4, 2022, or they must implement a policy allowing for weekly testing. The rule also requires that all unvaccinated workers wear a face mask on the job and submit to weekly testing.
Although the mandate is on hold for now, retailers need to be prepared if and when it takes effect. NACS is offering a webinar on the OSHA vaccine rule on Friday, Nov. 12, at 1:00 p.m. ET.
NACS will answer the following questions among others:
- Do you need offer paid leave for testing?
- What tests will satisfy the requirement?
- Do you have to pay for weekly testing for unvaccinated employees?
- How long do you need to keep vaccination records?
