Maverik recently celebrated the grand opening of its newly rebranded Tulsa, Oklahoma, store by donating $10,000 to the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, according to a LinkedIn Post. The donation will reportedly help support those experiencing food insecurity across the region.

“The event also marked the successful rebranding of 40 stores across Oklahoma—bringing Maverik’s award-winning restrooms, fresh-made BonFire food and unbeatable service to even more customers statewide. Special thanks to Tulsa County Commissioner Lonnie Sims and the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma for joining us in celebrating this special milestone,” the retailer said.

Rutter’s recently posted on LinkedIn that its 23rd Annual Rutter’s Children’s Charities Golf Outing raised $1.1 million for local charities, “benefiting the children and organizations in the communities where Rutter’s operates. Together, we’re making a meaningful difference and helping brighten the future for so many young lives. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success—we couldn’t do it without you.”

Earlier this month, Refuel Operating Company said it was “honored to partner with PepsiCo in supporting the families of our Nation’s Heroes. Through the collective efforts of our teams and communities, we proudly contributed $54,000 to Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing scholarships and support to children who have lost a parent in the line of duty,” the retailer said on LinkedIn.
