The Future of Transportation
FUELS 2019 peels back the curtain to see how changes in technology will impact the fuels and vehicles of tomorrow.
Apr 05, 2019
Alexandria, Va. — The future of transportation not only affects fuels and vehicles, it also involves where we live and how we interact with our communities. The change in technology coupled with the American consumer’s historical preference for personal freedom of mobility provides the platform for conversations we’ll have at FUELS2019. The annual Fuels Institute conference will take place May 21-23 in Dallas.
FUELS2019 brings together experts from across the entire transportation spectrum to deliver a program that offers participants from all sectors an opportunity to learn how today’s mobility changes are affecting the market.
The traditional relationship between transportation capabilities and urban development is changing in some of the largest cities globally. Domestically, the population of the United States is expected to grow by nearly 100 million people in the next 40 years. What effect will this have on your business?
Panelists Avery Ash, head of Autonomous Technology at INRIX; Michael Buhr, president of Filld; and Lauren Mattern, principal at Nelson\Nygaard, will paint a realistic picture of what effect the rise of e-commerce, the advancing sharing economy, automated technology and urban planning may look like.
Check out who else is speaking and the entire program agenda as we plan to explore the market as it exists today and its potential evolution to a new transportation paradigm. On Friday, April 26, the FUELS2019 housing block at the Westin Dallas Downtown will close, so don’t miss out on our discounted rate! Book your housing HERE!
