NACS Women’s Leadership Program at Yale

Date: November 11-16, 2018
Location: Yale School of Management | Yale University, New Haven, CT

About the Program
Women face unique challenges in the workplace, and they also add unique value and perspective. They shatter groupthink, improve communication dynamics, and reinvigorate companies in ways that make them more competitive. Research shows companies with a critical mass of top-team gender diversity enjoy better financial performance.

The NACS Women’s Leadership Program helps NACS Retail Member attendees develop critical top team leadership skills including developing strategic perspective and decision making, understanding and honing leadership style, improving executive presence and leveraging diversity to accelerate innovation.

Participants will exchange ideas with a group of experienced and emerging women leaders in the convenience retailing industry who face similar challenges in their professional lives, with thought-leading faculty at Yale, and with successful women industry practitioners who add invaluable insights.

Who should attend?
Women executives, district and regional managers, and women identified by their management as high-potential leaders.

A tuition endowment from Altria allows participants to benefit from this industry-specific executive program at an affordable price. The $3,995 tuition includes instruction, course materials, lodging and scheduled meals. Registration for this event is largely limited to NACS Retail Members; a modest number of Supplier Member registrations are available.

Apply now to be considered for the Women’s Leadership Program! The goal of this application process is to ensure attendee experience and goals align with the program, delivering a robust experience for all attendees. All applicants will be notified before September 3rd if they are accepted to attend the program.
