Love's Selects PAR Technology for Food and Inventory Management

The retailer aims to level up its backend operations and manage food costs.

Love’s Travel Stops has selected ParTech Inc. (PAR), a global restaurant technology company, as the back-end food and inventory management provider for its network of locations, ParTech Inc. announced in a press release. Love’s will implement PAR’s Data Central platform.

According to the release, integrating PAR Data Central into multiple POS systems allows Love’s to continue using their existing tech stack, and provides a unified platform for managing food costs across the entire network of travel stops and associated brands, enabling Love's to efficiently process all food-related expenses within a single system.
