COLUMBUS, OH - Following a successful test program in Minneapolis that began in March, White Castle announced earlier this week online ordering at all of its U.S. locations.

"We wanted to make online ordering available to our customers for ease and convenience," said Jamie Richardson, vice president of corporate relations. "As a family owned business for 90 years now, one thing we know is most important is listening to our team members and customers. The test provided us important feedback on how to tailor the technology best to meet Cravers' needs everywhere."

Richardson said a growing number of its customers prefer to order food online, citing convenience.

"It's a matter of accessibility," he said. "Our customers are on the go and they need their Crave satiated quickly."
