Delivery will begin in Vancouver, Edmonton and Ottawa.

OAKVILLE, Canada – Tim Hortons, the Canadian coffee chain with 4,304 restaurants, launched food delivery with food delivery app Skip The Dishes through 148 restaurants in three cities. Customers in Vancouver, Edmonton and Ottawa can now have their favorite Timbits donut holes and coffee delivered immediately.

“I think we came in with a mindset that we have to listen to our guests and adapt to their changing needs,” said Tim Hortons President Alex Macedo.

Tim Hortons hopes to expand the delivery test beyond the three locations before the end of the year. Additionally, nearly 50 Tim Hortons restaurants are now serving breakfast any time and if the test produces good results, the chain will roll out the extended first meal hours nationally before the end of the summer. Reports also say a loyalty program will roll out this fall where customers can pay in advance of getting their food.
