The NACS Executive Leadership Program at Cornell will give individuals preparing to take on key leadership roles the tools to succeed.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Preparing for a new leadership role within your convenience store company? Then attending the NACS Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University will help you attain the skills needed to successfully respond to the challenges of today’s competitive marketplace. This leadership program will be held August 5-9 at the Dyson School at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

Past participants include territory managers, operations managers, directors of store operations, vice presidents, controllers, CFOs, CEOs and presidents. The program gives attendees the opportunity to supplement experience with formalized instruction on skills needed to drive long-term organizational performance.

Faculty from the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management will teach attendees how to refine leadership skills and prepare for key company roles, while engaging in group case studies. Also, faculty from Cornell’s School of Management will provide individual coaching and 360 degree feedback assessments. In addition, attendees will learn from business leaders and a network of high-performance peers.
