SAN FRANCISCO – Springwise recently wrote about the growing company, AnyPerk, a service which enables businesses of any size to offer their employees rewarding perks that they might not have access to otherwise.

It’s often been a challenge for smaller businesses to gain access to significant employee perks, since they’re not able to take advantage of the economies of scale that a larger company can. But AnyPerk does the consolidation for business owners, providing a benefit-laden subscription service for employers of all sizes.

For a fee that starts at $7.50 per employee per month, businesses that subscribe to AnyPerk can provide employees with access to more than 800 pre-negotiated deals on products and services ranging from movie theaters and national restaurant chains, to fitness programs and travel providers.

Employers are able to create a customized set of offers that best suit their brand and work culture and they can monitor and manage the perk uptake, accessing analytics that tell them the most popular deals and how much money has been saved overall. The company is also in the process of building out a mobile app, which would use geolocation to send employees reminders of perks when they are near participating venues.
