ATLANTA – In partnership with GreenPrint and the Arbor Day Foundation, Home Service Oil and its Express Mart convenience store locations have partnered to offer a reduced emissions program dedicated to giving back to the Jefferson County community. The turnkey sustainability program is set to launch in March 2018.

Residents and visitors in Jefferson County, Missouri, will be able to reduce their carbon footprint, plant trees and lessen their impact on the environment just by refueling and shopping with Home Service Oil at Express Mart locations. The program will reduce consumers’ tailpipe emissions on all grades at the pump and later, and emissions on the products inside the store and to wholesale distribution.

Emissions are reduced through GreenPrint’s proprietary platform and investments in local, regional and global certified carbon reduction projects that sequester carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere. Unlike other alternative fuel products or programs, GreenPrint’s program requires no new hardware or software, and no new tanks or equipment.

“As we continue to strengthen the Express Mart and Home Service Oil brand, we’re thrilled to partner with GreenPrint to support these efforts while making a community impact and giving back,” said Zach Mangelsdorf, president of Home Service Oil Co., in a press release. “Our mission is to leave a lasting impact and keep our loyal customers, and our new program with GreenPrint will help us to do so.”
