Human resources professionals don't want to miss this highly engaging NACS program featuring HR best practices, case studies, networking opportunities and national-caliber speakers.

January 14, 2013

ALEXANDRIA, VA - The NACS Human Resources Forum is the premier HR-specific professional program available for the convenience industry. Since 1992, the most engaged HR professionals have gathered together to discuss the hot topics and issues specific to their unique responsibilities.

Based on survey results and general feedback, the 2013 NACS HR Forum taking place March 5-7 in Charlotte, N.C., will take on a slightly new and exciting format to be more participant driven in terms of agenda topic ownership. Terry McKenna will once again lead the group through the process and develop the core theme and three-day agenda, but the new revised format will facilitate even greater best practices sharing and participant involvement.

One new initiative for this year is the addition of Best Practice Panels and Spotlight Speakers, which will consist of a panel of 3 to 5 experts sharing ideas and lessons learned in the following areas:
?? Employee wellness programs
?? Paperless electronic record-keeping systems
?? Employee recognition and bonus programs

The biggest legislative topic that will be addressed this year is the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and what industry HR professionals can expect in the coming years for complying with the health-care law??s provisions.

Register today or contact Jenn Smith for more information on how to become a best practice panel member.
