Jacksons and Kwik Trip debut new promotions.

September 01, 2023

College football has kicked off its Week 1, with a full slate of games this weekend, while the NFL returns Sept. 7.

Jacksons Food Stores announced that once again its locations are the exclusive place for Boise State Bronco fans to purchase official trading cards depicting Boise State University’s 2023 football team. The packs go on sale Friday, Sept. 1 at Jacksons and Extra Mile by Jacksons Treasure Valley locations and online at jacksonscards.com.

The trading cards are officially licensed through a name, image and likeness (NIL) deal with Boise State that is now in its second year. Packs will contain 14 cards each and retail for $12.99.

“We were humbled by the enthusiastic response from the Bronco community when trading cards were initially released last year,” said Cory Jackson, Jacksons President. “We got a strong message and we’ve taken it to heart. As long as fans have a desire to collect these cards, Jacksons will make sure they can conveniently get their hands on them.”

The trading cards are a collaboration between Boise State, Jacksons Food Stores, Bronco Sports Properties and ONIT Athlete, which is designing and producing the cards. The inaugural trading card sets were produced for the 2022 season.

There are 10,900 packs featuring the 2023 football team available.

Additional Bronco student-athlete trading card sets for the women’s volleyball and soccer teams can be found online at Jacksons Trading Cards (jacksonscards.com).

Kwik Trip is partnering with the Green Bay Packers on a Packers Points promotion. Each dollar spent at Kwik Trip earns one Packers Point, which can then be redeemed for a chance to win prizes, including various Packers merch.
