Develop Critical Leadership Skills at NACS Women’s Leadership Program

The program, held at the Yale School of Management, will help women hone their strategic and decision making.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Female executives and managers often face unique challenges in the workplace—but they also add an important perspective and bring value to decision making and strategies. The NACS Women’s Leadership Program will provide women executives, regional and district manager, and those identified by management as high-potential leaders with critical leadership skills.

Held November 11-16 at the Yale School of Management at Yale University in New Haven, Conn., the program will train women to improve communication, reinvigorate companies, hone their leadership styles, improve their executive presence and accelerate innovation. Participants will learn from each other, as well as Yale faculty and successful industry women.

Workshops will include:

  • “From Autocrat to Advisor: Decision Making for Leaders,” 
  • “The Keys to Persuasion and Influence,”
  • “Negotiations Workshop: Gender Differences” and
  • “Bosses as Brands: Why Charisma Still Matters.”
