ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Conexxus announced this week that prominent futurist Michael Rogers will be the keynote speaker at its Annual Conference, taking place at the Loews Ventana Resort in Tucson, Arizona, May 1–5.

“We are truly pleased to have Michael speak at the Annual Conference,” said Gray Taylor, executive director of Conexxus. “Our industry serves the demands for convenience in our society, and Michael’s unique approach will enable our attendees to grasp all of the factors, not just technology, that will shape that demand in the future. His love of directly interacting with his audience and working through their questions always makes Michael a must-see speaker.”

Rogers, a past speaker at NACS events, is well-known for his dynamic ability to weave technology, economics, demographics, culture and human nature into a compelling vision of the future, and how that might impact the convenience and fuel retailing business. He has worked with innovating companies such as FedEx, Boeing, GE and Microsoft, and is also a regular contributor to “Good Morning America,” the “Today Show,” PBS and CNN as a commentator on technology and societal trends.
