ALEXANDRIA, Va.—Conexxus is adopting the new AI (8112) Universal Digital Coupon standard that was recently accepted by the grocery industry and designed for digital, “in the moment” commerce and will host a free webinar at noon ET, Thursday, April 1, hosted by Josh Halpern of TruAge, Brandi Johnson of Coupon Bureau and Rob Balfour of CoupDog to explain how it can benefit your business, how the coupons work and how to get started. It also will be available on-demand following the live presentation.
Billions of dollars every year are devoted to manufacturer distributed paper coupons, which are delivered direct to consumers. By adopting the new standard, convenience owners/operators can access those promotional dollars to drive shoppers in-store, increase basket sizes at checkout and add incremental revenue.
Shoppers can choose to use their manufacturer digital coupons in the c-store, which provides a valuable “last mile, on the way” channel for growing FMCG to consumer relationships. The technology is ideally suited for convenience retail, is easy to adopt and efficient to operate.
While the webinar is free, participants must sign up through Conexxus365.org to access the register link. Conexxus365 includes two options for subscription levels: Free Content or a full subscription for $9.95/month or $115 a year. This webinar is available to attend live or watch on-demand through both subscription levels.
