SAVANNAH, Ga. – Parker’s convenience stores has installed new self-checkout technology at a high-volume outlet in Pooler, Ga., and announced plans to expand the technology to all other company locations
Every day, the 54-store chain serving Georgia and South Carolina completes more than 125,000 transactions. Developed in conjunction with NCR, the self-checkout technology speeds up transaction time and frees up cashiers to serve as in-store concierges, enabling them to focus on the total customer experience.
