Selling Juul in Arizona Going Forward

NACS is hosting a webinar with details on the Juul settlement with the State of the Arizona. To continue selling Juul product, all AZ retailers must have advanced age-verification (ID scanning) and the ability to do automated product-quantity limits by July 30, 2022.

During the webinar, Juul will provide information on their Enhanced Access Controls (EAC) and NACS will also present its TruAge initiative, a cutting-edge age verification technology that is compliant with Juul’s requirements.
